This Usage & Marketing Consent Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) sets out the principles governing the communication process between Tasarlab and the user (\u201cUser\u201d) who submits a contact or quotation request through the Tasarlab website.<\/p>\n

1. Purpose<\/h2>\n

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the scope of the User\u2019s consent for Tasarlab to communicate with the User regarding contact requests or quotation requests submitted through the website.<\/p>\n

2. User Declaration<\/h2>\n

The User declares that all information provided through the contact or quotation forms is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and belongs to the User.<\/p>\n

Tasarlab shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the User.<\/p>\n

3. Communication Consent<\/h2>\n

The User acknowledges and agrees that Tasarlab may contact them via email or telephone for the purpose of evaluating their request, providing information about its services, preparing quotations, managing project-related processes, and responding to inquiries submitted by the User.<\/p>\n

Such communication shall be limited to matters directly related to the User\u2019s request and the services offered by Tasarlab.<\/p>\n

4. Service-Related Information<\/h2>\n

The User agrees that Tasarlab may provide information regarding its services, proposed solutions, project processes, and quotation stages, provided that such communication is directly related to the User\u2019s inquiry or request.<\/p>\n

5. Protection of Personal Data<\/h2>\n

Personal data submitted by the User shall be processed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n

Detailed information regarding the processing, storage, and protection of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy & Terms of Use published on the Tasarlab website.<\/p>\n

6. Withdrawal of Consent<\/h2>\n

The User may withdraw the communication consent granted under this Agreement at any time by contacting Tasarlab.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal of consent shall not affect any processing or communication activities carried out prior to the withdrawal request.<\/p>\n

7. Right to Amend<\/h2>\n

Tasarlab reserves the right to amend this Agreement where necessary due to changes in applicable legislation, operational requirements, or service processes.<\/p>\n

The updated version of this Agreement shall become effective upon its publication on the website.<\/p>\n

8. Entry into Force<\/h2>\n
